Hi, I am Adrien Rahier, a seasoned Engineering Leader, Coach and Mentor with 4+ years of hands-on experience in creating, scaling and leading software development teams. The startup ecosystem has been the main stage of my career, where I have served in pivotal roles such as Technical Lead, Director of Engineering and Engineering Manager (current position @Pennylane).
As a Leader, I have embraced and advocated for the development of remote, diverse and self-empowered teams as they are vital to reaching ambitious goals. My focus is always on the growth and wellness of my team, instilling in them the confidence and capabilities to excel.
