We have many important stakeholders. Notion allows us to have one source of truth that we can design, share and update, making it the most flexible joint workspace.
Our team uses Notion as the go-to resource to find key organizational info-from policies and benefits to conference planning, calendars and more.
Notion verifies organizations in-house using the documents you provide us and public databases. Please submit all of your documentation along with your application to ensure our team can verify your organization.
Your organization must currently be on the Plus Plan in order to receive the 50% discount. If you are on a Free Plan, please upgrade to Plus when you apply for the discount. Once your organization is verified, our team will automatically apply the discount and you will receive an automatic email from Notion notifying you of this change.
Currently, this program is only eligible for the Plus Plan. We are actively working on expanding the nonprofit discount to our Business plan.

How do I apply for the Notion for Nonprofits discount?
To apply, please submit your organization’s information via the Notion form. Once your organization is verified, our team will automatically apply the discount to your Plus Plan. If you are on a Free Plan, please upgrade to Plus when you apply for the discount. Once your nonprofit status is verified, our team will automatically apply the discount and notify you via email. After receiving this confirmation, please contact [email protected] to request a refund for any eligible Plus Plan purchase made before the discount was applied.
To submit your application, Notion needs your Workspace ID. You can find this ID under Settings → General, at the very bottom of the tab.

Each organization can request discounts for up to three workspaces.

After you submit your application through the Notion form, the Notion team will verify your application in 3–7 business days.

We offer 50% off our Plus plans for administrators, staff, and educators in K-12. We require documentation supporting your institution’s accreditation and/or nonprofit status in the application form. Reach out to your institution’s central administrator for the documentation.
